Job Role: Sr. Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle development, validation, and deployment of revenue forecasting models for medical device entities.
  • Architect and implement revenue forecasting models by leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, and time-series forecasting, to drive critical business decisions and forecast market trends.

  • Conduct in-depth, ad-hoc statistical investigations and exploratory data analyses to address complex, high-priority business questions concerning product performance and therapeutic category dynamics, delivering time-sensitive insights to leadership.

  • Execute complex data mining and advanced statistical analysis on large-scale, multifaceted datasets utilizing Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R to uncover actionable insights, identify underlying trends, and determine statistical significance.

  • Engineer and implement robust data preprocessing and cleansing pipelines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of structured and unstructured data sources, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of all subsequent analytical models.

  •  Conceptualize, design, and deploy custom software applications and automated workflows to streamline data ingestion, processing, and analysis, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

  • Administer and maintain the firm’s cloud-based data science infrastructure, overseeing the management of scalable databases, virtual machine instances, and API endpoints to ensure high availability and optimal performance for data-intensive applications.

  • Synthesize and translate complex model outputs into comprehensible reports and dynamic visualizations for executive stakeholders, maintaining and enhancing legacy financial models while transitioning key functionalities to more scalable analytical platforms.

  • Engineer and manage secure, automated data delivery pipelines for external clients, utilizing diverse protocols such as SFTP to ensure the timely and reliable transmission of critical datasets and analytical reports

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is required in  Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Mathematics or Information Technology & Analytics.
